  • Definition of GIS

  • Composition characteristics of GIS

  • GIS structure

It is easy to manufacture and will not cause phase-to-phase failure; however, the volume is large, the shell material is consumed, and the sealing surface is large.
2. Three-phase busbar of the main bus: only the three-phase busbar shares a shell, the three-phase busbar is evenly supported in the cylinder by insulators, and the other components are of a split-phase structure. In this way, the footprint of the GIS can be reduced, and the structure is relatively simple and easy to implement.
3. All three phases in one cylinder: the three phases of each element are concentrated in a cylindrical shell, supported and isolated by epoxy castings, the number of shells is small, the external dimensions are small, the sealing links are small, the shell current is small, but the phases Great mutual influence.
4. Compound type or hybrid type: The function of the component is compounded, and compound components with several functions are installed in the same cylindrical shell at the same time. The structure is further simplified and the size is smaller.

  • Definition of C-GIS

C-GIS organically combines the SF6 insulation technology and sealing technology of the GIS with the air-insulated switchgear manufacturing technology. The high-voltage components are arranged in a box-shaped sealed container and filled with a lower pressure insulating gas.
